Corporate Café Management

Step inside any of our cafés and you’ll forget you’re at work.

We are a professional, full food service management company that offers custom designed cafés and menus to suit your needs and tastes. Our staff is both highly trained and certified—a professional team of individuals that is flexible and ready to accommodate your dining needs or requests.

Food served in the workplace is more than just a cafeteria with a few options. CI Dining Services offers full-service cafés featuring carefully crafted, made-to-order dishes, designed to keep your employees productive and satisfied – not to mention healthy.

CI Dining Services offers its clients the resources usually found with only larger food service providers. We pride ourselves in providing more personalized service by being responsive to each client’s needs and committed to their satisfaction.

Full-Service Catering

CI Dining Services offers work day catering – breakfast, lunch, breaks, snacks – and special events catering. We are more than happy to arrange an initial meeting to discuss your event. Or, if you only need guidance or assistance to place your order, please contact us. It is our goal to exceed your expectations and we are available to create a menu tailored to your specific needs.

Basic work day selections for business breakfast meetings, luncheon meetings or snack service are available, in addition to multiple individual meals from our daily offerings. A second, more sophisticated style of work day catering includes chef-attended service stations, carving stations, sushi, china service or wait staff.

Special events, either on-site or off premises, require the greatest amount of resources and planning. The process starts with an initial consultation to establish parameters, style of service and resources required. A proposal is provided with prospective menu items, rentals, outside vendor services, beverage selections, and staffing requirements.

Better4U Options

Focusing on: Back-to-basics scratch cooking, healthier cooking methods, and use of trans-fat-free ingredients.

  • Action Stations – individually customized offerings prepared with fresh ingredients
  • Sushi Station – seafood is a healthy alternative protein
  • Salad Bar – extensive healthy options, fat free and low-fat dressings, condiments
  • Healthy Snacks – low sodium nuts, Greek yogurts, baked chips
  • Soup Station – vegetarian offering daily
  • Healthy Beverages – waters, juices, smoothies, high protein, teas, etc.
